The Advertising Club of Connecticut, or AdClubCT for short, prides itself on being an industry resource for advertising and marketing professionals. The annual awards show is Connecticut’s largest advertising competition. The mission of the awards show is to “recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising, marketing and promotion.”At the 61st Awards Show TRU’s creative accomplishments were recognized by industry peers, with four awards across three categories. The TRU Cube, which is a 3D mailer that makes a big impression while displaying all of TRU’s capabilities, won in two categories- Business to Business Direct Mail and Agency/Designer Self Promotion, Collateral/Direct Mail. Falling under our Creative & Marketing services, the TRU Cube is a great representation of all that TRU can do to bring innovation to something as simple as a mailer.Recently, TRU has worked on designing innovative and effective product displays that tell a brand’s story while attracting new and existing customers. TRU’s designs for the Bulleit Saloon Display and Ketel One Display both won in the category of Consumer Point-of-Purchase/Point-of-Sale. The Ketel One Display, a unique opportunity to create the brand’s first identity, just recently hit stores and is already increasing brand identity and point of purchase sales.
